Abdel holds a Master Degree in Applied Mathematics from Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris) with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Decision Theory, and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from EMSE (Mines St-Etienne). Specifically, he worked on the photolithography area. He has been developing and deploying optimization software since 2016.
Karim Tamssaouet is an Associate Professor at BI Norwegian Business School. He holds a PhD from EMSE, France, since 2019. His current research revolves around production planning and scheduling. More specifically, he has published several articles on scheduling in the diffusion and cleaning area of semiconductor fabs.
Sebastian Knopp has 15 years of experience in implementing and designing algorithms for complex planning challenges in logistics, education, and manufacturing. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, and a PhD degree from the EMSE, France, since 2018.
